Valérie Bilodeau

This is Valérie Bilodeau. She is a dedicated student from Québec who enjoys singing, reading, watching movies and socializing with her many friends. Valérie balances her academic career with a summer job as a camp counselor. She was also diagnosed with bi-polar disorder when she was fourteen. With the support of her family, friends and physician, Valérie lives a full and happy life. She has chosen to share her story so that those who are in the same situation she was in a few years ago know that there is hope, and that help is available. FACE IT. Mental illness concerns us all.
