Meet Shelley. Shelley is a young mother who enjoys taking care of her 2 year old daughter. She takes breaks with friends, goes on dates with her husband, and is active in her community and church. What you may not have guessed is that Shelley lives with Depression. A combination of self-help, doctors and medication has allowed Shelley to live each day to the fullest. FACE IT.
