The 2010 Champions of Mental Health Awards will be held at the Fairmont Château Laurier on October 4.

Tables (8 seats) - $1500
Individual tickets - $150

CAMIMH Member Tables (8 seats) - $1000
CAMIMH Member Individual tickets - $125

Table Sponsor Package - $3500
(Includes: table of eight, logo on table signage, name in event program)
